Interior design process
1. Demand consultation:

Conduct interviews to gain detailed insights into your client's preferences, feature requirements, and budget constraints.

Provide professional advice and solutions, and listen to customers' opinions and ideas.

Sign the first phase of the contract and pay the earnest money ($3,000). The scale and design plan will be provided (the floor plan, 3D renderings and furniture design drawings will be explained on site and cannot be taken away)
2. Scale and Assessment:

Travel to the client's site and take precise measurements to determine the dimensions, limitations and special needs of the space.

Work with occupational therapist to assess safety risks, site accessibility, and special needs (if needed).

Assess the safety risks of the current home environment, such as furniture, electrical appliances, clutter and existing devices to users

Are rescue or assistance facilities adequate?
3. Design proposal and meeting:

Suggested improvements to interior design and furniture design and layout

Suggestions on the location and style of assistive devices (to facilitate self-care for the elderly)

Lighting layout suggestions (to improve safety and reduce the risk of falling)

Labeling or storage suggestions (for self-care)

Provide design proposals, including floor plans, 3D renderings and furniture drawings.

Meet with clients to discuss strengths and limitations of proposals and make revisions and adjustments.

Sign the second phase contract (subject to quotation) and determine the final design plan.
4. Prepare 3D renderings and furniture design drawings:

Use professional design software to draw 3D renderings to present design elements and overall effects.
5. Formulate the renovation project process:

Develop a detailed renovation project process and timetable, including signing a project contract, selecting materials and preparing a purchase list.

Coordinate work arrangements and delivery times with relevant contractors and suppliers.
6. Engineering stage - Preparation of furniture and construction drawings:
-
Draw detailed construction drawings to ensure accuracy and smooth progress during the construction process.

Floor plans with detailed dimensions to determine the layout and size of the space.
-
Elevations to show the appearance and details of the building's exterior.
-
Ceiling plan with lighting advice to provide design and luminaire recommendations for lighting solutions.

Electrical diagrams to show the layout of electrical equipment and the power supply.

Cooperate with relevant contractors and workers to carry out building construction, including demolition, plastering, doors and windows, plumbing, carpentry, painting, glass works, etc.

Monitor the quality and progress of construction, and resolve any problems and adjustments that may arise.
7. Acceptance and delivery:

After the project is completed, the final acceptance and handover procedures will be carried out.

Carry out necessary tests and inspections to ensure that the quality of construction meets the requirements.

Provide relevant documents and maintenance guides to customers to ensure their understanding and use of the results.
8. Assessment and Support:

Provide half-year engineering maintenance and follow-up visits by occupational therapists to ensure customer satisfaction with the design and decoration results.

Assist occupational therapists in developing rehabilitation plans
