Surveyor Sr. Steve Ko has over 30 years of experience in construction project management, quantity surveying, construction cost and contract management. He was hired as an adjunct lecturer by City University of Hong Kong to teach construction management courses. He has been invited to be a keynote speaker at various professional associations and corporate organizations, with topics including construction project cost dispute resolution, construction technology, building decoration projects, renovation and maintenance matters. He is also a member of the professional advisory team of the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong.

Surveyor Sr. Steve Ko is currently a director of Seastone Consultants Limited. His professional services include quantity surveying, project management, construction contract and cost consultancy, construction claims, dispute resolution, etc.

In addition to participating in various large and small construction projects, Steve Ko also has a lot of experience in home decoration projects, renovation projects, building maintenance projects, elderly centers, etc., providing different professional consultancy services.
