Architect Hui Yunheng is currently a senior project manager. He graduated from the Department of Architecture of Newcastle University, the Department of Architecture of the University of East London, and the Master of Business Administration of the University of Manchester. He has worked in Hong Kong, London, Newcastle, and has participated in construction projects in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, London, Mongolia, South Africa, St. Petersburg, the Middle East, etc., including APM Hong Kong, I-square, Elements, APM Shanghai, Shangri-La Hotel Hefei, Shangri-La Hotel Ulaanbaatar, and the Hong Kong University Wong Chuk Hang Dormitory—MiC Project.
From 2008 to date, Architect Hui Yunheng has written for architectural websites in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Beijing, Singapore and other places under the pen name "Architecture Traveler", with a total of 430 articles. He has also written weekly architecture columns in newspapers such as Hong Kong's "Sing Tao Daily", London's "China Times" and Beijing's "China Architecture News". He has published "Architecture, Travel, and Picture", "Architecture I: Reading Hong Kong Architecture", "Architecture II: Reading Tokyo Architecture", "Architecture III: Reading London Architecture", "Architecture IV: Reading Beijing Architecture", "Architecture V: Reading New York Architecture", "Architecture VI: Architectural Travel in Hong Kong", "Architecture VII: Architectural Travel in Singapore" and co-authored "Pen-born Architecture".
Mr. Hui Wan Hang is currently a guest lecturer at the Hong Kong Institute of Construction. He teaches Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preparation course at Informatic Educational (HK) Ltd and Project Management at the Hong Kong Institute of Construction. Mr. Hui Wan Hang is the first PMP course instructor in Hong Kong accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has trained nearly 1,000 professional project managers since 2018 and has served as a course instructor for different companies.
Architect Hui Yunheng loves architecture and has served as Honorary Treasurer of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and Co-Chairman of the Youth Affairs Committee. Over the years, he has collaborated with many organizations such as the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, Hong Kong Architecture Centre, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, National Geographic, etc. to organize architectural tours and has hosted many exhibitions in Hong Kong and overseas, such as DesignInspire 2020 Inno Talk, the Hong Kong Institute of Architects' Architecture Exhibition in London, and the Hong Kong Institute of Architects' exhibition at the Wan Chai Design Gallery.
Architect Hui Yun-hang has been invited to participate in architecture sharing sessions for various organizations, including Joint Publishing, Eslite Bookstore, Shenzhen Benlai Bookstore, etc. Architect Hui Yun-hang also represented Hong Kong in the ACA18 architecture lecture held in Tokyo in 2018.
